If I were a stick of rock, and cut lengthways in half, the word running down the middle would be ‘graduates’.
I have a huge passion for graduate recruitment and development, having worked in the industry since 1994. My philosophy sounds simple: graduate recruitment should be about “making graduate recruitment work”.
This means much more than finding and placing the best graduate talent. It involves working with graduate and employer to get the very best from that talent; though innovative methods and products, as well as learning & development programmes, to deliver a real return on investment for organisations.
There is too much ‘tradition’ in graduate recruitment & training. The competition for the best talent makes this activity a huge challenge but the exciting bit lies in then developing that talent in ways that deliver for both the organisation AND the individual.
